by Dechun Li from 5H

Do you have a habit of doing exercise? Do you know that doing exercise is something very important? For now, a lot of people fail to get into the habit of doing exercise every day and they think doing exercise is boring and redundant. Do you want to know why? I am going to tell you those reasons.

Too busy doing work

Some people are too busy doing work. Some busy people are so busy being done over by the boss, the doctor that needs to give treatment to people. When they finish their work, they will be very tired, and the time will be very late, so they burn out so they don't do exercise.

Too lazy

Some people are very lazy, so if they are not where necessary, they will not go outside to do exercise, and they will stay at home. After a long time they will be fat, so they will be so heavy and won't want to move. The people who are fat and lazy, when they are doing exercise, will feel exhausted and hate doing exercise.

Scared of doing exercise

Some people are scared of doing exercise because they are afraid of pain and getting hurt. If they are playing football or basketball, when the ball is flying over them, they don’t have the courage to pick up the ball. Adverbs: Some people will laugh at them, so they will be afraid and hate doing exercise.

How to reach out to them? How to solve it?

Develop good habits. To solve this problem, you need to have good habits, such as a healthy diet and common rest. They are something that is very important. First, eat healthy food, such as chicken (for meat), tomato (for vegetables) and apples (for fruit). It can give you lots of energy to do strength training. Having a common rest can get your energy back. These habits will automatically help you to do exercise. If you think doing exercise is very tiring, you can try to break it into a few parts that will properly let you feel a little bit more comfortable.
