Caviar: The Top Food in the World

Food is the most important thing that we eat every day. Some food is delicious; some food is disgusting. Some food is even…smelly. Let's go on a journey to see caviar. 

Did you know that in 2019 there was a video about the most delicious food in the world? There is a food that is black, but it is very delicious, and that food is caviar. Caviar are the eggs that come from a fish called 'sturgeon', so not every fish’s eggs are caviar. If you want to eat caviar, you need to use a spoon that is made from plastic, shells or wood. When you use spoons that are made from stainless steel, the caviar will not have oxygen, and it will taste bad. 

In the past, people would eat sturgeon and not eat the caviar. But now, people will only eat caviar. Sturgeon are going extinct, but in 2016, people were trying to save sturgeon. In Russia they are trying to use a type of massage to squeeze caviar out. China is the major country to supply caviar; 88% of the world's caviar comes from China! Okay, we solved the problem about the sturgeon. Then what about the problem about the shipping? In the 15th century, the caviar was not fresh from shipping because they were using buckets made from a type of cheap wood so the caviar would have oxygen. At last, they used the bucket from a type of expensive wood; therefore, the caviar does not have oxygen.

I like caviar because it is very juicy and delicious. I know caviar is hard to find; I know you need to find the right spoon. But believe me, caviar is very delicious, and every time you eat caviar, all the unhappiness will go away. What? You are still sad? Then eat caviar two times.

1. Did you know before that in China caviar is the food that is fed to pigs? Because caviar is black, therefore, they thought it was dirty food, so make sure you don’t throw the caviar.
