Debate 25-26

The Debate Team had an exceptional year in 2025–2026, achieving remarkable success at both the Hong Kong Secondary Schools Debating Competition (HKSSDC) and the UNESCO United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Debating Competition.

We are proud to announce that our Senior Team won the HKSSDC Grand Final – Kowloon Primary Champion, with Alvin Wang from P6 receiving the Best Speaker Award.

Our Junior Team also triumphed at the HKSSDC Grand Final – Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Primary Champion, where Sean Lam from P5 earned the Best Speaker Award. In addition, the Junior Team secured the 2nd Runner-Up position at the UNESCO semi-finals.

Overall, our students have demonstrated the ability to debate at a highly sophisticated level. We are immensely proud of all our teams’ achievements and look forward to surpassing these results in the next competition cycle.
